On a night that was forecasted with storms, lightning and rain. The only thunder that Riverbend in Cincinnati saw, was when Evanescence hit the stage with Spirit Box and the Nova Twins.
After Spirit Box's set was cut short to inclement weather, fans were unsure if the show would continue. But as Evanescence was getting ready to take the stage, they found a way to weather the storm as there was not a single raindrop to be seen for the rest of the night.
From flames, to confetti, hydraulics, acoustics, and aggressive riffs, Evanescence did it all. Their set featured a majority of songs from their new Album "Sanctuary" But it wouldn't be an Evanescence song without their classics like " Call Me When You're Sober", " Bring Me to Life" and " Going Under". Whether you grew up with the band or for the newer fans. This show had it all, for all the types of fans.
With the amount of energy Amy Lee and the band brought to Riverbend, you would have known that Cincinnati was one of the three last stops of their tour.
